Geoff Lazberger is an experienced technology, project, program and transformation leader with more than four decades of technology delivery experience and more than 25 years in senior project, program, transformation and technology leadership positions.

He has held Project Director, Senior Project Manager, Program Manager and CIO roles across government and commercial environments. His experience spans the full program lifecycle — from discovery and business case through implementation, cutover and BAU transition — and covers Australian and international engagements.

Geoff brings extensive experience in complex procurement, vendor selection, commercial negotiation and the leadership of multidisciplinary and distributed teams. He engages directly with executives, boards and steering committees, and is known for bringing calm, independent perspective to consequential decisions.
